  • We recommend booking your sleepover 2–4 weeks in advance to make sure your preferred theme and date are available. Popular weekends and holidays can book quickly, so earlier is always better!

  • Each setup includes everything needed for a magical sleepover experience, including:

    • Teepee sleepover tents

    • Twin air mattress

    • Fitted sheet and themed bedding

    • Decorative pillows and blankets

    • Fairy lights and themed decor

    • Tray or accent pieces depending on the theme

    Every setup is styled to match the theme you choose so the space feels like a mini sleepover dreamland.

  • Each sleepover setup typically needs about 6 feet long by 3.5 feet wide of floor space.

    For example:

    • 3 tents = about 10–12 feet of wall space

    • 5 tents = about 16–18 feet of wall space

    Living rooms and playrooms usually work great.

  • Just the party space and the guests — we handle the rest!

    Before we arrive, please:

    • Clear the space where the tents will be set up

    • Make sure the floor area is clean

    • Have an adult present during setup

  • For safety reasons, we do not move furniture. We kindly ask that the party area be cleared before our team arrives so we can begin setting up right away.

  • Setup usually happens the day of the party, typically between 9 AM and 2 PM, depending on the schedule.

    Pickup is usually the following morning. We will always confirm the exact window and send a message when we are on the way.

  • Most sleepover setups take 45–90 minutes, depending on the number of tents and theme details.

    Pickup usually takes 30–45 minutes.

  • Our sleepover experiences are perfect for ages 5 and up.

    We’ve hosted birthday parties, best friend sleepovers, graduation celebrations, and even cozy movie nights!

  • Our sleepover tents are designed for indoor use only. This helps protect the equipment and ensures everything looks perfect for your party.

  • Cleanliness is extremely important to us.

    After every party:

    • Bedding and linens are professionally laundered and sanitized

    • Hard surfaces and decor are disinfected

    • Decorative pillows and accessories are steam cleaned or sanitized

  • Normal wear from a fun sleepover is expected. However, significant damage to rental items may result in a repair or replacement fee outlined in the rental agreement.

  • Yes! PJ Party Pros offers a variety of fun sleepover themes, and we are always adding new ones.
